Privacy Policy
Introduction
InnSight AI, Inc. ("InnSight AI," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting and processing your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you visit innsightai.org, request a demo or contact us, communicate with us by email or phone, or use the InnSight AI hotel revenue management platform.
By providing personal data to us, you consent to our collection, handling, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer: this website and the InnSight AI platform are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
Who we are
InnSight AI, Inc. is a corporation formed in the State of Delaware and operating from the State of Texas, United States. References in this Policy to "we," "us," or "our" mean InnSight AI, Inc.
When you use the InnSight AI platform as an employee or contractor of one of our customers (a hotel, owner, asset manager, or management company), that customer is the controller of the operational data they upload, and InnSight AI acts as a processor on their behalf. For questions about platform data, please contact the customer first.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Demo and contact information: name, work email, company, number of properties, role, and any free-text message you submit.
- Account information: when you become a customer, the contact details, billing details, and authorized-user records we need to operate the platform.
- Customer hotel data: the operational data you or your integrations load into the platform — for example, PMS exports, channel-manager data, STR/STAR reports, rate-shop files, OTA extranet exports, and parity data. This is treated as Customer Confidential Information under our agreements.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate region.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
- Product usage: when you use the platform, we log feature usage, query parameters, and error reports to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Information from third parties
- Integration providers you authorize us to connect to — for example a property-management system, channel manager, business-intelligence connector, or STR data provider — may transmit data to the platform on your behalf.
- Form and email providers we use to receive your demo requests (currently Formspree) process the submission and forward it to our shared inbox.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to demo requests and sales inquiries;
- provide, operate, secure, and improve the InnSight AI platform;
- generate the analytics, recommendations, AI-search visibility insights, and reporting outputs the platform is designed to deliver;
- send service notices, security alerts, and changes to terms;
- comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements;
- conduct research and product development, using aggregated and de-identified data only.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share customer hotel data with other customers or with third parties for their independent marketing.
Disclosure of your personal data
We share information only in the limited circumstances below:
- Service providers (sub-processors) who host, secure, monitor, or support the platform on our behalf — including cloud hosting, transactional email, customer-support tooling, web analytics, error reporting, and form processing. Each is bound by written confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- With your direction — for example, when you ask us to send a packet to a specific recipient, or to enable an integration on your behalf.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to customary confidentiality obligations.
International transfers
The InnSight AI platform is hosted in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and any other countries where we or our service providers operate. We rely on customary contractual protections, including standard contractual clauses where required.
Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer and personal information. These include encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) for traffic between your browser and the platform, encryption at rest for production data stores, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, audit logging, regular dependency and vulnerability review, and an incident-response process. See the Security page for additional detail.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Demo and contact submissions are retained for up to 24 months for sales follow-up unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer platform data is retained for the term of the customer's subscription and deleted or returned in accordance with that agreement.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- port your information to another provider;
- opt out of certain processing;
- lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email hello@innsightai.org. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If your information was provided through one of our customers, please direct the request to that customer first.
